"Worth it for the price"
The membership feels fair for what you get. It’s not overly expensive — which I really appreciate, and the info and resources make it feel worth keeping. It’s also simple to figure out, which is a nice bonus

I was pleasantly surprised by how solid the legal coverage felt. When I had a claim question, support got back to me quickly too. It did take a little time to get everything sorted out, but overall it was a good experience.

"Canceling was kinda a hassle"
I signed up and the info was mostly fine, but the billing part wasnt super clear to me. When I went to cancel, it took more back and forth than I thought it would. They did get it sorted out in the end, but it could be a lot easier

I had a question about my account and wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back. I sent them a message and got a reply the same day, which was really helpful.
The answer actually made sense and didn’t feel like a generic copy-paste response. I did need one follow-up to get everything fully cleared up, but overall it was simple, useful support and I was happy with it

"Training felt basic"
The training felt like stuff I already knew, mostly common sense with not much new to take away. I kept waiting for something actually useful, and after a while it almost felt like I was begging for real information, which left me a bit resentful about the time spent
